Add `.zenodo.json` to point 4? #13

Thanks for your talk at ISMB @bvhpatel ! For linking the gh repo to a zenodo record, citation.cff or .zenodo.json can be used, where citation.cff has precedence over .zenodo.json. However, the .zenodo.json schema can be richer. Maybe consider to mention it as alternative to citation.cff?

Thanks @GeertvanGeest ! The CITATION.cff and codemeta.json files are recommended in step 4 as a way to include platform independent metadata (e.g., that remains with the code/software when downloaded on a computer). These were the most commonly mentioned such metadata files in our reviewed resources. Although I agree that the .zenodo.json schema can be richer, it is not intended to be used as a platform independent metadata file so I don't think it would be judicious to mention it in step 4. Of course the .zenodo.json file could be used to facilitate archiving on Zenodo (step 5.b). Would that make sense?
