I am not sure I understand what is referenced here by Tiziana or what Carole originally meant? I think this is an important question if FAIR itself should be funded or a new research culture that has the FAIR principles embedded? I myself would be prefer funding a new research culture or paradigm that has FAIR and other things included. Perhaps I got this all wrong?
