Upload MOD ontology to BiblioPortal #16

For traceability of our contributions, I would suggest we upload the 3 different versions of our ontologies to BiblioPortal: https://biblio.ontoportal.org/

I suggest to use acronym: MOD and submit sequencially: MOD1.0 then 1.1 and 1.2.3 so we know the portal will store the history of MOD versions.

I have created and account to get admin right after submission.
