fixing reused OWL and other properties #28

some of the properties reused from OWL were broken by use of a different letter case, e.g. VersionIRI instead of versionIRI. This will break RDF

Thanks @nicholascar. Good catch. It seems this was indeed a few errors. Since MOD1.4 is now archive, I will fixe directly the archived file... and verify its ok in MOD2.
