In order to get a clean starting point (i.e. tests pass) I've some adjustments to external objects in https://github.com/FAIRDataPipeline/data-registry/commit/06203e249606f6de51b91c0f688d67c937fb99e4. Still need to:

[ ] Improve external object tests (e.g. names in associated data products are currently very fake)
[ ] Adjustments to external object tests once the new changes have been committed
[x] Testing of object components needs to be improved (due to the addition of the automatic whole_object component)
[ ] Test deployment of local registry

(this is not yet an exhaustive list!!)
