In a conversation with @rajaram5 we talked about how development of the FAIRifier and its upstream OpenRefine are growing further and further apart.
It would probably help manage the development of the application and help keep up with OpenRefine if the functionality that is unique to the FAIRifier were put in an extension that is not inside a fork of OpenRefine.
If you like, I am happy to discuss ways to do it, although I am not familiar with OpenRefine internals at all.
