Adding a project page for SARChI, Mechanistic modelling of health and epidemiology. This replaces the placeholder page for Plant Systems-biology Modelling (plantsysbio.md). image image

I've adjusted the page title similar to the MIAPPE page. I have not used the suggested screenshot but it is included in the request in case it has a use elsewhere. I have taken the logo from National Research Foundation South Africa, since this approach is being used on other project pages now. image

Correction: this replaces the systems biology modelling page, not the plant systems biology page.
