Improved Hubs and In Use pages

FAIRDOM In Use and FAIRDOM Hubs pages have been improved and restructured, as discussed at FAIRDOM Club meetings.

• There is now one FAIRDOM in Use menu, with subitems for FAIRDOM Hubs and Projects.
• Each of these subitems has a searchable/tiled set of pages.
• There are folders in the path names, with redirects so that the old URLs will still work.
• The inner search box for projects/hubs is restyled different from the site search box.
• The projects/hubs pages have been populated with content where provided by the community so far, following the requested template where possible.
• Most images within pages are at a reduced size, click to view full size.

Request that this change is rolled out to the live FAIR-DOM website, if possible before the next Community meeting. Please advise me if I should make a further pull request or take similar action. Many thanks.
