Is this about the SoilGrids — global gridded soil information data? In the data request there's a download link that seems somewhat different (https://bodemdata.nl/files/download/BOFEK_2020_Shape.zip).

We already have global SoilGrids datacubes for all variables; please search for "SoilGrids" here to check it and confirm if it is relevant for this data request.
