Create a new submodule in our IKZ_plugin for HALL #132

Create a new submodule in our IKZ_plugin where you inherit all the HALL classes, you include them in the general IKZ category, and you do not basically add anything to that

this issue is not planned anymore because we will simply adopt the plugin as it is. @ka-sarthak will probably implement this for the XRD plugin, as a proof of concept.
