We need to discuss the details on definition of specific quantities and sections:

for the user (Luca):

[x] XRD metadata from excel file: are they already within the parsed rasx file check ELNXRayDiffraction entry)?
[x] formulas for partial_pressure calculations in the growth. Do you need to calculate molar flux? in principle we can set the automatic calculation in NOMAD

for the developer (Andrea):

[x] some quantities in growth are not yet parser (metal valve, oxydant valve, etc). Need to figure out where they fit best.
[x] MIST source component must be parsed
[x] "Contact sputtering" process must be parser
[x] SEM must be parsed
[x] reflectance must be parsed
