Create Hello World Example

As discussed during the data modeling meeting on 24.05.2023 we need a "Hello world" example.

We should start with:

• [ ] making a yaml schema,
• [ ] convert it to a plugin,
• [ ] add some normalizer,
• [ ] and finally turn it all into a written tutorial

Tutorial steps

Discussion between me and @budschi:

• Create yaml schema using the lowest base section they find that matches
  • Example: E-beam is a PVD method not yet in basesections, inherit from PVD and later move to basesections
• Create their base sections and app defs
  • With plot annotation
  • Potential use of tabular
  • Sample, processes, measurements, analysis
• Interaction with us to refine
  • Ideally the base section would move to nomad-material-processing plugin
• Conversion to plugin with a parser (as automatized as possible)
