@JosePizarro3 I have finished reorganizing into the flatter structure that we discussed this morning. I probably still need to fix some links and such, but let me know if you agree with the basic premise.

No rush really. I will let you know at any point if it is important, but otherwise feel free to prioritize other things.

@JosePizarro3 I have addressed all your comments now. For a few of them I just made TODO's to deal with later. I think I would like to merge this before you leave. It is not urgent if you disagree, but since we're going to work some on the general docs next week I thought it would be nice for everything we have to be merged for reference.
