Aim/Expectation: IKZ/ThermoFisher microscope data should be injectable into NXem and NXem_* appdef instance(s)

[x] Add relevant changes to NXcorrector_cs update for Thilo
[ ] Add minimal example for NXem workflow based on W. Hetaba's work

This has been partially answered with the implementation of image reading functionalities the IKZ Apreo SEM with contributions from Sebastian Brückner, Robert Kernke, Johannes Lähnemann und Sabine Bergmann

I will close this issue for now as it is in lack of feedback from IKZ, examples have been implemented in NOMAD Oasis that should be tested there first and then fixture issues be made
