this is just a symptom, what has to happen is that HDF5Core gets changed and only single value arrays written out

This has been fixed with the refactoring of the ifes_apt_tc_data_modeling==0.2 and implemented already in paraprobe-toolbox and the pynxtools-apm plugin.
