Update XRD_pan application definition #135

  1. Go through the app def add or improve proper docs for all fields and enumerate if needed. Some examples are given below:

    1. Enumeration for measurment_type, scan_axis, and scan_mode
    2. Extend docs 2theta(NXcollection),measurment_type, scan_axis, and scan_mode.
