Problem: ISO standard just gives you a standard glossary -> You can define a term resolving_power, it is NOT the same as relative resolution of a spectrometer -> You NEED to put the same name (common language) -> But: NeXus names are anyway NXmpes/NXentry/..., so same name is not possible.
