Harmonize NXstage_lab and NXmanipulator #184

NXmpes uses NXmanipulator, whereas NXem uses NXstage_lab. These ideas are conceptually very similar (and also in their implementation), so we should explore whether they can be harmonized.

Could be a TF meeting topic.
