This uses the coordinate system as defined in the VAMAS ISO standard for surface chemical analysis, which is also present in the draft for NXxps.
I had to make some changes to the reader to allow just config files to be passed (so that I can create the example file for the coordinate system). Therefore, I had to update the examples and test data afterwards (using git lfs now).
