https://github.com/FAIRmat-NFDI/pynxtools-em/blob/update_docs/dev/test_vars.ipynb is a suggestion for a programmatic solution for all supported concepts, not only file formats. Especially if configurations of individual pynxtools-PLUGINS were harmonized in syntax, single source principle applied for concept mapping tables
