Data that is described with ontologies needs to be checked and possibly updated whenever a new version of an ontology is released, in case the concept has subtly changed, or in case a new more accurate or more relevant concept is created, or in case mappings to other vocabularies have changed

Do we provide recommendations that the ontology version used is captured somewhere in the metadata?
