Milestones for Phase I:

• [x] compose "best guess" for current processes in place
• [x] plan interview with dataset owner
• [x] define competency questions together with dataset owner
• [x] set up Excel overview for actions/recipes
• [x] create FAIRifcation process diagram with summary of interview and actions/recipes from Excel file

Phase II:

• [x] identify fitting existing recipes (including recipes that need to be improved)
• [x] identify missing recipes
• [x] define tasks
• [x] map tasks to general use cases
• [x] assign persons to tasks/recipes
• [x] update the FAIRification process diagram
• [x] cross check tasks, competency questions and process with dataset owner

@daniwelter I set this up to have a flexible environment that the Project plan can refer to and where we can collect all links to the documents we produce. That way we don't need to update the project plan every week. If you have any comments on improvements on this, just let me know.
