I miss our tool LinkedPipes ETL in the list of tools for RDF conversion and/or ETL. Full disclosure: I am one of the authors. Nevertheless, I think the tool belongs here as it is used by multiple organizations.

@jakubklimek thx for this pointer. this is a great tool! I would encourage you to register LinkedPipes to https://bio.tools. In so doing, @FuqiX and @EvaMart tool will pick it up and the report will list it.

Also, if you have linked pipes examples with known bio data types, recipes using linkedPipes could be considered.

@proccaserra OK, tool registered at bio.tools.

At the moment we do not have the examples for recipes, we will see what we can do about that.
