Hi @egonw , thanks for highlighting! Those warnings are unfortunately "wrong"; in the sense that they get auto-corrected; I believe that jupyterbook runs the pipeline about citations twice, and the first time throws those warnings, whereas the second time it works. It's really unfortunate, but nothing we can do about currently; maybe this will be addressed by future releases of jupyterbook.
