There is currently a user-defined tag with the label "Short tandem repeat (STR) variation", when we already have an appropriate term in DRAO. We need to remove it from the user-defined tag list and update annotation appropriately.

This user-defined tag was not used in any FAIRsharing records, and therefore has been removed, retaining only the DRAO term.
