EDAM operation_2502 is obsolete. It can be replaced by Protein Analysis (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/NCIT_C18962) and will need to be refactored out.

Created as a child of EDAM Analysis. May wish to consider in future if other sibling classes should be child classes, such as those highlighed below (Protein analysis not shown as it is an earlier screenshot, before it was added):
