Added 'Infectious disease' for #57 #62

Ready to integrate with master; it won't automatically merge because I updated DRAO-external.owl in the master after I created this branch, and it's confused, probably over the large diff resulting from OWL file changes. I've run a diff between this version and the master version of DRAO-merged.owl, and as you can see it's fine. I'll merge myself after creating the pull request. diff.txt

Clearly I need to practice more in regards to my changes, as merging the branch has not brought across the changes. Will try again, from scratch.
