Refactored Classification from EDAM to OMIT as per #51 #66

I've updated development/refactored-IRIs-current.txt with the following line: http://edamontology.org/operation_2990|http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/OMIT_0004280|Note: we are changing Classification from EDAM to OMIT.
