Process hierarchy (BFO)

Just before release, we noticed that process was being imported as a child of owl:Thing as well as its correct location as a child of occurrent.

This turned out to be as a result of the natural hierarchy within CHMO and EFO. Adjustments were made to how Ontofox MIREOT'ed in those hierarchies to resolve this.

Updates to the ontology have correctly resolved the issue with Process as an accidental child of owl:Thing. Here is the robot diff:
