Change build procedure to use MIREOT through robot #82
The Ontofox / Ontobee build procedure is effective but unwieldy at large numbers. We can move to a more streamlined build procedure through the use of robot's MIREOTing functionality, and at the same time build in the ability to use non-Ontobee ontologies.
