Disassociating acronyms from primary names (labels) #9

Due to the limits of the previous version of the domain tags, acronyms had to be included within the primary label of the tag. This isn't necessary with these ontologies and the acronyms and labels can now be disambiguated. I'll make a list of those terms that have been changed due to this process in the comments below, for future reference.

In cases where the source ontology already has the appropriate acronym, we leave it to the automated procedures to bring that acronym in. An additional step was required where our acronym is not present in the source ontology (the acronym was manually added to the DRAO-manual.owl file) - these cases are marked with a *

Please note that, although DRAO has been updated up to this point, this ticket remains open as not all source ontologies have been checked.
