An additional step was required where our acronym is not present in the source ontology (the acronym was manually added to the DRAO-manual.owl file) - these cases are marked with a *

Due to the limits of the previous version of the domain tags, acronyms had to be included within the primary label of the tag. This isn't necessary with these ontologies and the acronyms and labels can now be disambiguated. I'll make a list of those terms that have been changed due to this process in the comments below, for future reference.
