Curation panel, not saving processing notes in Ownership request #2334

Describe the bug In the curation panel, you try to save a processing note for the Ownership requests, it does not store them. The notes are saved for the Records awaiting approval.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to the curator panel
  2. Try to save a processing note
  3. Reload the page
  4. The notes are not saved

Expected behavior Notes need to be saved.

Operating system and browser version Linux, Firefox 19.0.1 (64-bit). It also happened to DD.

This keeps happening to some of the curators and we will have a real demo to try to investigate if is a server or client issue.
