The Biology class has been imported from EDAM (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/ontologies/edam/terms?iri=http%3A%2F%2Fedamontology.org%2Ftopic_3070), however the synonyms listed for the EDAM class are too wide in scope to be appropriate for FAIRsharing's brief. (EDAM Biology synonyms are: Biological rhythms, Cryobiology, Biological science, Chronobiology, Reproductive biology, Behavioural biology, Aerobiology).

Therefore we need to find an appropriate replacement class and refactor.

I have replaced http://edamontology.org/topic_3070 with http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/NCIT_C16345, which provides synonyms more in keeping with the way SRAO uses subjects.
