Add definitions where none are present.

I have started some work on which definitions and synonyms are suited to SRAO from external reference ontologies @Drosophilic - ready for discussion on this point.

Synonyms have all been checked and updates to SRAO have begun. Definitions are in the process of being checked / added to.

All refactoring associated with synonym issues has been completed. New definitions still to go.

All definitions added. Existing definitions that are in our direct control have been checked. One question for @Drosophilic before we close: I suggest changing one of our classes to 'German Literature' as 'Modern German Literature' is oddly narrow of re3data, our source for this term. What do you think Pete?
