Modification: Remove Physiology as parent of Electrophysiology, retaining Neurophysiology parent #78
Electrophysiology is a subdiscipline of Neurophysiology e.g. but not limited to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neurophysiology so doesn't need to be also a child of Physiology.
The new build procedure has built-in reasoning and noticed this issue. Will be cleaner this way.

What are you changing?
remove the direct parent of Physiology from Electrophysiology http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/NCIT_C16540, keeping the parent of Neurophysiology.
