Reasoning: Within Solar System astronomy, this domain specifically addresses the study of the planets, the planetary systems and the solar system.

Recommendation: The term is present in 2 vocabularies: The NATURE terms (https://www.nature.com/subjects/planetary-science), as well as in the Unified Astronomy Thesaurus (UAT) with URI: http://astrothesaurus.org/uat/1255. It is also present in the EuroSciVoc ontology (http://publications.europa.eu/resource/dataset/euroscivoc) with URI: http://data.europa.eu/8mn/euroscivoc/74f1f6d9-2480-440a-a168-82967a9677ef

Reasoning: I would rather select the UAT, since it is a reference for the astronomy community.

Definition

The branch of astronomy that deals with the science of planets, or planetary systems, and the solar system. (note: this is the definition of the term in the UAT)

Hierarchy

Recommendation: I would put it under the term "Solar System astronomy" (proposed in #83).

Reasoning: That makes it consistent with the UAT.
