Update the sponsor list in our shared footer: removed MEZ, Ginsberg, and Spectrum center; added robotics, ECE, and CSE.
Hide the FRC offseason page from our navbar. The page has been out-of-date since the initial months of COVID, and we have no plans for hosting Washtenaw Robotics Competition.
