refactor: update the names for the buttons in KeyArea and ExpectedResults page #51

Each Button should have the name of the expected result from the key area

For example Key are 1 = 1.1.FAST global surveillance sustained and viral intelligence up-scaled - 1.2.Enabled risk monitoring - 1.3.Enhanced FAST early warning

I think you can use the UseEffect hook to make the call to the data base vercal react hook library

I refactored the KeyArea page in order to have the link to the Expected results page.

Please remove the active from the buttons and make the title from the buttons bigger

I hardcoded the name of the keyAreas for Focus objective 1
