These changes will be published as version 1.0.0 alpha 0.

The features added in this PR are to explore

an extension of the config syntax
reading histograms from ROOT files
mplhep as new (additional) plotting backend

To avoid clashes with existing functionality, these features will be developed during the alpha and beta stages within fast-plotter.v1.
