Accessing raw artifact url #35

Hi,

Would it be possible to add a function to get the raw artifact URL? This command is very useful but returns only the file artifact URL: https://github.com/FAST-HEP/scikit-validate/blob/c490aead800b15daebd8839ac6365de6eab6014b/skvalidate/gitlab/__init__.py#L202
