PR regarding Issue #11. (Closes #11).

Unfortunately, I do not have time to give you a detailed review, but what came to my attention by taking a quick look was that there algorithm slides (such as for instance slide 23) contain references (slide 23: "(Kaufmann and Rousseeuw, 1990)"). Please update them to use our bibliography. More specifically, as we do not need a list of references in the appendix of the lecture, cite them in the footnote (\footfullcite{key}).
