Features:

Can now make a protocol stop on an if condition

Changes in UI:

steps now grouped in menu
renamed plots button

Fixes:

removed bad version numbers from metadata
fixed an issue with the databroker catalog not being set
channel-metadata is now consistent over several measurements (metadata was lost because of mutable datatype)
Plots from sub-steps are now in the data
databroker should now load correclty again
added export of bytes into json
