This PR is to fix CI issues and add test coverage.

Add scripts for test coverage
Add coverage badge
Update circle.yml file - Moving forward we might consider using JUnit as it has nice integration with Circle CI. Artifacts generated would be handy when such decision is made.
Add coveralls.yml file

Important: It might be necessary to first merge this branch and update other branches with develop as it has fewer files changed.
