Replace current contributor's list #15

First is to take it off and replace with this nice one by Kent => https://github.com/kentcdodds/all-contributors The major difference here is per contributor, you append the type of contribution you make and not just adding your name to the list without actually contributing.

Some people {like me} are actually waiting for their turns. It might be too early for that: just saying.

The best time to add that is now. The next best time is later; the earlier, the better.
