Carry out performance testing for 25 providers

Using the JMeter test plan performance tests should be carried out for 25, the current status of the template handle, providers and the results should be documented in the project confluence.

@themiszamani Thank you for documenting the test results of the MR UI. Could you please document if any significant dependency of the resolver performance on the number of potential providers could be observed from the test results.
