Link webpage to Discord #50

User story: As a new FreeCodeCamp user I would like to have the option to navigate to Discord server so that I can communicate with the group members.

Acceptance Criteria: GIVEN I am a FreeCodeCamp user WHEN I navigate to the FreeCodeCamp Columbus webpage AND I click on the "Discord" link in the header THEN I will be navigated to the FCC Columbus Discord server invite

@Regulus1 thanks for testing this! I forgot to ask you to "unassign" yourself from the issue after you move it to "ready for deployment". the process is the reverse of assigning (uncheck yourself :) )
