CPAC 1.8.3 warp_timeseries_to_T1template🐛 [User-reported Bug] #1715

Describe the bug

From the screenshot you can see on the horizontal plane that there are parts of the brain that are being removed when registering the brain to MNI space. The steps before, has the same location with no missing data but for some reason there is something going on during the warp timeseries to T1template.

To reproduce

Expected behavior

There should be no missing space on the right, since the left side has the brain intact.

Acceptance criteria

To understand where the issue is when registering the functional data to MNI. Hopefully, no missing data.

The results were fixed with removing the flag for registering the functional data without a skull.
