Related problem

Users who want to use fMRIPrep outputs cannot currently build their data config with the config builder tool.

Proposed feature

We need to add the derivatives_dir field to the config builder and ensure it can create a config compatible with the fmriprep ingress workflow.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Ability to generate a config for an fmriprep ingress run with the config builder tool
