This feature allows users to configure FreeSurfer ingress from the command line, so they no longer need to use a data config.
Technical details
The engine can now accept FS directories from the data config file, but also can parse a FreeSurfer directory from the top level.

This was tested locally and Florian ran test_config with this feature on many subjects. The user can specify the FS directory at the
