ICA Aroma needs smoothed input #969

ICA AROMA needs a smoothed fMRI as an input in order to properly classify noisy components, however, right now smoothing is only performed almost in the last step of the preprocessing.

Thanks for the input- we'll review and get back to you shortly. We appreciate it when the community provides feedback like this.

One thing we'll need to consider is the impact of smoothing the data early on before sending it on to further connectivity analyses downstream the pipeline.
